ToniSen Nagashi
When Inocchi joined Johnny's Entertainment in 1987, he was only 11. By the time V6 debuted, he was 19 and, although he had started high school, he had quit halfway through because he was getting so busy with work. His father asked him to go back and finish and, as a joke, Inocchi assured his father that he would finish high school before he was 30.

Apparently, Inocchi wasn't kidding.

Years later, it's 2004 and Inocchi is about 28. Since he's older and wiser, he's decided that he wants to actually finish what he started and complete high school before he's 30. And so, the Gakkou e Ikou producers decide that it would be more than appropriate for them to help him out. By encouraging Inocchi to go back to school, they can hopefully inspire other kids from quitting, or get those who did quit to return. They titled the segment "ToniSen Nagashi" (approximately "The Continuing ToniSen") after the drama "Hakusen Nagashi" ("The Continuing White Line"). With simple production, involving only a single handheld camera and documentary-styled filming, Inocchi began chronicling his journey in early 2004 with the hope of graduating in 2005, one year before he turns 30.

The first step was, of course, to choose a school. Inocchi decided to apply to three correspondence schools. Unlike normal high schools, correspondence schools are a bit more like college. Although you have to attend a certain number of classes, you don't have to attend them all. Grades are mainly determined by reports and tests. At the end, you earn credits for your courses and need a certain number of credits to graduate. As it turned out, the schedule was a bit tighter than Inocchi had figured, which knocked his top choice right out of the running. In the end, he seemed to choose a school because the teacher there was the only one who really questioned Inocchi's motivation and willingness to work.
