At the end of 1997, V6's variety show Gakkou e Ikou! began. The show is hosted by celebrity (and host of Japan's "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?") Mino Monta, with V6 and their two female idol influences: Watanabe Marina and Ueno Miku (2000-2003) or Saeko (2003-now). The show has all of the cast members sitting in a studio with an audience as they watch pre-taped segments featuring V6. The segments range from the hysterical to the touching to the downright weird, and are always sure to be lots of fun. I started watching in late 2000, so I've obviously missed a lot. But this page will include just about everything that I can possibly explain. I think some of this show tends to be a case of, "You just had to be there." Below are a selection of segments that have/will have pages written for them. These are certainly not the only "Gakkou e Ikou!" segments, or even the only segments aired since 2000. There are probably a good dozen love related segments that I've left out, if only because they don't make sense at all unless you can actually SEE people interacting. These are simply ones that I've chosen, either for longevity or simply because they highly amused me.
