The Minority
Sung by: Miki Shin'ichirou

Version 2.00
Note: This is a revision of one of the first songs I ever translated. [wince] That being said, I've gotten a lot better. In any case, Miki-san makes this one of the best songs ever. It's a great performance on a really great song, but it's really made by the simple talking voice over in the middle. My computer has a little thing where the speakers really crank up that part making Miki-san's voice really loud... I love my computer. Truly, this song is one of the best [insert Bubbles impression here] "hard core" songs out there.
yume to kibou o waratte hanaseru yatsu no ki ga shirenai
nido to hito o aisenai yo to mune ga yandeiru
namida sae mo shinjirarezu ni nani o kurikaesu
dare mo hitorikiri o kakushita toki no ihoujin
I can't understand guys who can speak and laugh of dreams and hopes
It makes me sick when someone says they can't love twice
While I can't even believe in tears what're you doing over and over again
Who's a stranger to the times when you've hidden yourself alone
Ah konya koso konya dake
kagayaite mitai dake sa
Ah Tonight for sure Only tonight
I just want to try to shine
uso to uso to uso ni nurareta ai no riariti
kotoba dake ga karamiatteru machi no inosensu
toki no hate o dare mo mirezu ni owaru setsunasa to
kodoku sae mo mune de kaenai dare mo mainoriti
Lies and lies and lies are painted on love's reality
Just words are intertwined with the city's innocence
The pain of the end of time when you can't see anyone and
Even loneliness doesn't move me so who's the minority
Ah odoru no ga heta na ore
fureru dake tsurai dake sa
Ah I'm so bad at this dancing
I'll only touch It's only trying
Ah konya koso konya dake
kagayaite mitai yo
Ah Tonight for sure Only tonight
I want to try to shine
Ah odoru no ga heta na ore
fureru dake tsurai dake sa
Ah I'm so bad at this dancing
I'll only touch It's only trying
Lyrics belong to Aida Takeshi and Warner Music Japan, taken from the Schlag Des Herzens album, MMCM-1009 (track 5). Not like the words make any sense if you haven't heard the song, anyway. Romanized and translated into English very badly by Mina-P, with desperately needed help, as always, by Mako-chan. Any comments or corrections can be mailed to Mina-P at Minako@senshigakuen.com.
