Version 2.00
Note: Is there anything Yamadera-sama can't sing? [thinking] No, there isn't. This is a simply stunningly beautiful piece, hauntingly beautiful. I don't know what anime it's from, if it is connected to something, but nonetheless it's a great song.
taketsuku sabaku chi no hate made
tooku tooku hitori samayou tabi
ayashiku yureru aoi tsuki o
haruka kanata oikakeru
Scorching desert Until the ends of the earth
Farther farther Wandering alone
Pursuing the distant
Strangely trembling blue moon
suna no mau yozora ni hirogaru hohoemi wa
ano hi no kimi ga hora te o furu maboroshi
In the sand's dancing night sky Is your expanding smile
The you from that day is Waving her hand An illusion
kimi wa doko ni iru no boku o yobu hitomi
kono sora no katasumi onaji tsuki o mitsume
kitto matteiru
Where are you? The eyes which call to me
In a corner of this sky Gazing at the same moon
You're surely waiting
kin to gin to no doresu o kite
hoshi wa kyou mo odoru yo arabesuku
yume no tsuzuki o miseteokure
senya ichiya nagai yoru
Wearing a Gold and silver dress
Today, too, the stars are dancing In an arabesque
Lately I've been seeing A series of dreams
1000 nights, 1 night Long night
kusa mo ki mo mienai daichi o dakishimete
kawaita yoru no kaze utau yo rarabai
I embrace the land That's missing grass and trees
The parched night wind Is singing In a lullaby
kimi wa doko ni iru no hitori furimukeba
chizu no nai mirai ga sotto iki o hisome
yoake matteiru
Where are you? If one person turns
The mapless future Softly lowers it's breathing
Dawn is waiting
tsutaetai kotoba de mune wa afureteru
kono tsubasa o hiroge sugu ni todoketakute
My heart is overflowing With words it wants to say
I want to spread these wings And send it to you right away
kimi wa doko ni iru no boku o yobu hitomi
kono sora no katasumi onaji tsuki o mitsume
kitto matteiru
Where are you? The eyes which call to me
In a corner of this sky Gazing at the same moon
You're surely waiting
Lyrics belong to the lyricist, Kurego Yuu, whose name I must have just slaughtered because it's got difficult kanji, and Victor Entertainment, taken from the Seiyuu Graffiti twin album, VICL-40159~60 (II, track 3). Not like the words make any sense if you haven't heard the song, anyway. Romanized and translated into English very badly by Mina-P, with desperately needed help, as always, by Mako-chan. Any comments or corrections can be mailed to Mina-P at Minako@senshigakuen.com.
